Green World Property Maintenace Services LLC is currently in need of experienced property preservation contractors in it’s home state of California and across the USA. We are always expanding and looking to cover new area in all the states across the country.   • Aspen Grove Identification (ABC#) number with level 1 security clearance.
  • Liability Insurance covering up to $1 million worth of damages/claims
  • E&O insurance up to $1 million in addition to the general liability is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Active driver’s license valid in USA.
  • Basic knowledge on property inspection and have equipments to complete any preservation work
  • Further documentation will be required after successful review and initial screening of the application.
